San Diego Environmental and Downtown Democrats Canvass for Tommy

Join us this Saturday, May 7th, as San Diego County Democrats for Environmental Action and the San Diego Downtown Democratic Club host a community canvass in University City, made all the more urgent as the city proposes unprecedented zoning changes to the south University City community.
We’ll meet at 9:30 a.m. at Marcy Park at 5504 Stresemann Street to spread the word about our campaign, along with San Diego Country Sheriff candidate Dave Myers and San Diego Unified School District candidate Cody Petterson.
With the June 7th primary coming up and ballots arriving on Monday, we need to make our voices heard NOW to prevent the D6 race from being determined by Downtown developers and special interests. That’s why I need your support today.
Along with making a contribution or walking a precinct with us, another way you can show your support for our grassroots, neighborhood campaign is by dropping one of our Tommy Hough yard signs in your lawn or front window. Send us your address and we’ll get you a sign the same day!
