Iranian-American Democrats of San Diego Virtual Candidate Forum

Join Tommy as he participates in the Iranian-American Democrats of San Diego (IADSD) virtual candidate forum this Tuesday, May 24th, at 7 p.m.

A chartered club of the San Diego County Democratic Party, the Iranian American Democrats of San Diego was established in 2004 to educate, empower, and encourage Iranian-Americans to participate in the nation’s democratic processes. Over the years, IADSD has hosted a number of community meetings on a broad array of topics including food insecurity, healthcare for all, tax policies, money in politics, public transportation, and more. Members have helped increase Iranian-American voter participation with voter registration drives, canvassing for endorsed candidates, and informing the public about local ballot measures.
In addition to the San Diego District 6 race, candidates running for California State Senate, San Diego County Sheriff, and San Diego Unified School Board of Education District C will be in attendance.
