Miramar National Cemetery Virtual Veterans Day Observance

While there are no live Veterans Day services or events at Miramar National Cemetery this year due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Miramar National Cemetery Support Foundation is hosting a 25-minute on-line Virtual Veterans Day presentation commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Sept. 11th attacks.

The video presentation features Navy Lt. Cmdr. Christopher Ludmer, a survivor of the attack on the Pentagon, and Assistant Chief John Wood of the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department, who led a search and rescue team at the World Trade Center.
