Environmental Leaders Holiday Fundraiser

The end of the year is in sight – and with it, a big fundraising deadline on Dec. 31st. That’s why I’m asking you to support our campaign today, and let your friends, family, and neighbors know I’m the environmental champion and only environmental candidate running for San Diego City Council in District 6.
Now is the moment I need your support. Make a contribution to our campaign today. If you’ve given earlier in the campaign, dig a little deeper to help give our campaign a strong finish to the year, and join us at the home of author, mediator, retired UCSD professor, and my former C3 board colleague Dr. Cary Lowe for our Environmental Leaders Holiday Fundraiser on Sunday, Dec. 12th, at 3 p.m. The flyer is below.
As I’ve said since Day One of our effort, my service with ReWild Mission Bay, San Diego Audubon, Surfrider, on campaigns from Save Trestles to the Del Mar Mesa Preserve, and as the founder of San Diego County Democrats for Environmental Action makes me the only environmental candidate running for San Diego City Council this cycle.
I’m committed to fully implementing our city’s Climate Action Plan, preserving our diverse environment and open space, ensuring developers build parks of real size and acreage, and that we capture and treat stormwater so our creeks, beaches, and bays no longer become toxic soups when it rains.
No other candidate has the environmental track record I do, so take this opportunity to help San Diego go green by joining us at Dr. Lowe’s home on Dec. 12th. Please be aware proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required for entry.
