Environmental Leaders Holiday Fundraiser
December 12, 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
The clock is running, and like the days continuing to grow shorter and shorter – we’re running out of time.
We need your support now to ensure our campaign hits our fundraising goals and that we finish the year strong.
To that end, join us Sunday, Dec. 12th, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the home of author, mediator, retired UCSD professor, and my former C3 board colleague Dr. Cary Lowe to support our Tommy Hough for San Diego City Council campaign in District 6 – and to ensure San Diego goes green.
As I’ve said since Day One of our effort, my service with ReWild Mission Bay, Audubon, Surfrider, and on campaigns from Save Trestles to the Del Mar Mesa Preserve makes me the only environmental candidate running for San Diego City Council.
I’m committed to fully implementing our city’s Climate Action Plan, preserving our diverse environment and open space, ensuring developers build parks of real size and acreage, and that we capture and treat stormwater so our creeks, beaches, and bays no longer become toxic soups when it rains.
No other candidate has the environmental track record I do, so as the holiday season approaches, take this opportunity to help San Diego go green by joining us at Dr. Lowe’s home on Dec. 12th. Please be aware proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required for entry.
Even if you’re unable to attend, make a holiday contribution by clicking here, or by contacting us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (619) 719-1496 to confirm you’ll attend. We’ll get you the address upon receiving your RSVP.
Our environment, and our city, will thank you. See you December 12th!
