As a candidate for public office, there are never enough opportunities to speak with voters, or to go before voters in a moderated forum or debate to answer questions in real time.
I believe it’s important you have an opportunity to not only hear what I as a candidate have to say when asked a question, but to consider how I reply.
That’s why I wanted to share with you the links to several recent District 6 candidate forums, including those hosted by the San Diego Union-Tribune Opinion page, Mira Mesa Town Council, University City Community Association, and the League of Women Voters of San Diego. Share this with your friends, family, and neighbors as our District 6 community continues to make their choices on the ballot.
- The San Diego Union-Tribune forum on May 3rd at the Kearny Mesa–Serra Mesa Library.
- The Mira Mesa Town Council forum on May 2nd at the Mira Mesa High School Auditorium.
- The University City Community Association (UCCA) virtual forum on April 26th, moderated by the League of Women Voters, and presented in conjunction with the Mira Mesa Town Council and Sorrento Valley Town Council.
- The League of Women Voters virtual forum on April 25th, presented in conjunction with San Diego 350 and the Center for Community Energy.
The San Diego Union-Tribune published its 10 questions with me in the April 7th edition of the paper, and endorsed our campaign in the May 13th edition.
There’s more D6 coverage at NBC San Diego and ABC 10, and my recent KUSI appearances regarding the Gold Coast Drive realignment debacle are near the top of our campaign’s media and press page.
If you have questions about any of my answers or response, please feel free to reach out. The best way to do so is by sending me an e-mail. Please include your phone number and the best time of day to reach you. I look forward to connecting.
